pension contribution problem

i have a problem with the employees contribution on payrol for example an employee earning 24K a year with a 5% contribution should contribute £100.00 however on the pay slip the pension contribution shows as £80.00 im not sure why this is, i have put the contribution down as 5% (see attached) what am i doing wrong please

You can find this under the pensions > Pension scheme screen.

Hi Paul,

Can I just ask if you have basic tax relief at source selected? If you do, then 1% is contributed by the government and the remaining 4% by the employee.
