Unit Price

Question asked by Victoria Stones 6 years ago

Hi,

I am raising sales invoices where the unit price is £0.125 rather than £0.13.

When I raised these invoices previously clearbooks would calculate the correct net amount £0.125 * units. But show £0.13 as unit price on the invoice.

Now when I raise invoices if I type in unit cost of £0.125 it calculates the incorrect net amount of £0.13 * units, and shows this on the invoice.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi Vicki,

The unit price issue should now be as it was, if you still have any problems just let me know.

Ah I see thanks Vicki and no problem!

Hi John,

Thank you for resolving this issue. It is for electricity units.

Hi Vicki,

This has been logged with our technical team who are currently investigating.

You can in the meantime enter a gross and qty to achieve the same result. If you don't mind my asking, what is it that is sold as a fraction of a penny in this case?
