Plaid - Santander

I have tried a few times to reconnect my back feed with Plaid but after going through the process of entering passwords etc I get a message saying my credentials were entered wrong. All passwords/security numbers entered correctly! Is there an issue with Santander?

I'm sorry to hear that. Can I ask you to try to reconnect using incognito mode on your browser? Let me know if this works.
