Emailing multiple invoices to one customer for numerous sites

I have about 40 recurring invoices to email out to one customer for different sites. Rather than filling up their email system with 40 emails with an individual invoice attached; is there a way that I can send all invoices via one email?

Hi Tina,

This depends on whether you are doing this via the auto-mailer. If you are not you can select each of the invoices using the checkbox on the invoice screen and then click on the PDF button to download a PDF with all of those invoices included in a single file that you can then email to the customer.

If you are using the auto-mailer, this will send them all as individual emails I'm afraid.
