Transfer between accounts with different currencies

I transferred an amount of £2341.56 from my Sterling account to my Euro account resulting in a deposit of Euro 2700. When I tried to account for this in Clearbooks the transfer amount showing in my sterling account is the amount in Euros (Euro 2700) instead of the Sterling amount (£2341.56). The transfer into my Euro account is showing correctly as Euro 2700 as long as I select the correct currency. How can I rectify this? Apparently transfers between accounts with different currencies can't be edited.
