Transfer from bank account to cash account

Hi could someone show me how to transfer money from the bank account to the cash account. Many thanks!
Hi Karen,
This would be a manual process. If you want to do this from the monthly statement then you would need to use the transfer tab on the statement.

Best answer... thank you Mohamed - and does that generate an entry to enable reconciliation with the monthly imported bank statement?

You can do so by heading to Money > Bank Accounts, then click transfer next to the bank account you want to transfer from.
