A payment was allocated to an expense claim but the linked expense claim still showing in the aged creditor list.

How do I remove the expense claim from the age creditor list ?

I would advise raising this as a ticket with the helpdesk then so that we can look into this further.

We have linked payment to the bill

Hi Olu,

You would need to link a payment to the bill that is linked to the expense claim form. Have you done this?
