Clear Books XML API compatibility issue

Hello Clear Books Support,

I'm facing an issue with the Clear Books XML API when using Node.js version 18.18.0. It's not responding as expected, unlike the lower version 16.15.0 where it works fine.

Could you please assist me in resolving this compatibility issue with Node.js version 18.18.0?

Hi there,

Could you submit a support ticket by clicking Need Help at the top right, then Send us a message and include the details of the XML request you're sending and the response you receive?

We could potentially point out any issues with the request but won't be able to provide programming support for the language and/or libraries you are using.
