Accountants Access to Create Journals

Are there any weird and wonderful permissions needed to allow an external account to create journals? I have added an extra person from my accountants and granted permissions identical to his boss - but he still can't create journals for our YE accounts. Help!

Hi Sharon,

Yes, the user must have the Tools > Journals user permission.
