Run a report on all bills with a certain reference

I am new to Clearbooks, but when entering a bill I have put in the reference section a word eg "build stage" is there a way to to produce a report showing all bills and the amount spent on any bills with the same reference?

Hi James,

Unfortunately, we do not have a specific report for this. However, you can head to Tools > Export > Export data > Select Purchase Ledger in the Data Type dropdown. Once exported, you can then filter the bills spreadsheet by reference.
