How can you generate a receipt

A customer made an advance payment for services. The customer has requested a receipt to acknowledge the payment. Is there a way to generate a receipt from Clearbook for the bank payment?

Hi Olu,

Unfortunately, at current, we do not have a way to email unallocated receipts. I will raise this as a request with our Product team.

As a workaround, you can send the customer statement, which will show any unallocated amounts at the bottom of the statement.
