Could you please advise whether it is possible to cancel a credit note after it has been processed in the vat return
Hi Michelle,
Unfortunately not, you cannot void a credit note if it has been included in a VAT return. Instead, you must create a dummy invoice and apply the credit to which will cancel it out.
