Statement to send to customer

Question asked by Anne Minford 10 months ago

Anyone have a clue how to produce a statement for a customer of their last 12 months invoices?

Go on to the Customer (or Supplier) 'Contact Details', go on to 'Edit Contact' go on to 'Other Information' tab on the left hand side. go towards the bottom of the boxes where it says 'visible paid invoices on full statement' change that to what ever number you need - then SAVE it! ie i have just done a random number of 50 or 100. Standard amount seems to be set to 10 on my log in. You can then go back to the statement and use the drop down list on the right hand side to change the download to a pdf file. I had the same query last week and managed to find a solution - Hope that helps.

Hi Anne,

Unfortunately, it is only possible to generate a full customer statement.

Thanks, so how do I produce a full statement showing paid and unpaid invoices?

Hi Anne,

No problem, in this case, you must head to Contacts > Customers > Click on the customer > Full statement > You can then copy and paste the Full link to the customer.

I want to send them a pdf not a link - assuming this isn't possible? Seems pretty basic functionality.
