Read only accounts

I would like to cancel my subscription - is there a 'read only' payment option of old accounts rather than just cancelling and account information only being available until the end of the full paid subscription period?

Hi Karen,

Yes, you can switch to the Dormant (read-only) plan by heading to the Building Icon (top right) > Subscriptions > Manage subscription.
