How to remove GoCardless

I've just had a random GoCardless fee payment registered in a random bank account. I have no idea how this happened, as it's in an account I setup just the other day. So, to keep things clean, I'd like to disable the GoCardless integration but can't find any way to do this. I have it turned off in the Features list but it still shows as Enabled in my Online Payments section. Can anyone help?

Would you be able to submit a support ticket via the Need Help button at the top right > Send us a message including the company name in question?
