properties under Joint names with Declaration of Trust (Form 17)

I am a landlord.

With joint ownership of rental properties do I need to work out the split manually before I enter the rent and expenses on the system?

And the same for if Declaration of Trust has been applied to split the income and expenses between husband and wife sat 5% & 95%?
