Lloyds outage ?

I'm with Lloyds and only just signed up yesterday. I added my accounts but they are all showing zero. Status page shows Lloyds outage since 4th of August ?

Has the system really been down for the past month ? And more importantly will it be a ever fixed ?

Hi Chris,

We do apologise for the inconvenience. The issue has been escalated to our Provider who are working with the bank to get this resolved.

I will update you as soon as this has been resolved.

Thanks for your quick reply Tommy. Hopefully it can get resolved relatively soon :)

Is this issue solved ? I can't see a report on the status page , it looks to have totally changed now making it harder to see if there's a problem or not now.

I ask since my amounts still have not updated in my dashboard. It's been stuck on "importing first transactions" for some days now.

Unfortunately not, we are still awaiting for a fix from the bank I'm afraid.

The status page shows "Lloyds Bank Operational" But my bank feed still hasn't updated ? So not sure if this issue is fixed or not ? Assume not ?

Hi Chris,

Apologies for this, we had originally updated this to operational once Lloyds had released their initial fix. However, it appears it is still affecting a small subset of accounts, I have now updated this to partial outage whilst we await for another fix from them.
