Is there a way of adding a foreign property section as well as having a separate uk property section.
Hi Edward,
We currently do not support foreign property income, however, we are looking to add an account type for this in the near future. I have just checked with the team working on this, and you will be able to file your end of year return for foreign property from Clear Books.
Quarterly updates is coming soon too, but there are no penalties or fines for late or inaccurate quarterly updates during the pilot testing period through to April 2026, so you don't need to do anything for your foreign property/ies in the meantime.
