Batch update of invoices

Hi, once I have updated a bank statement and explained the lines, I want to set the references. I am using the references to identify different properties in my small portfolio. However, it seems that there are a lot of steps I have to go through.

  1. To go to the dashboard to find the invoices or expenses.
  2. Select the item I want.
  3. Edit the items and update the reference.
  4. Update Then I have to start again, it would be great if I could select all the invoices etc. I want to update and the application would step through them, or better still allow me to update the reference when I am "Explaining" the bank statement. Thanks for your time.

Hi Donald,

In this case, you can head into the imported statement, then hover over the Details column for each transaction. You can then right click the REC or PAY number and open in new tab. Then, you can edit the transaction in the new tab.

Also, when explaining transactions, you should be able to manually input the desired text in the Invoice # / Ref field.
