Hi Claire,
It is not possible to delete a bank account once you have processed transactions in this. Instead, if you head to the Dashboard > Bank accounts > Click on the account > Click Edit > You can click Archive to hide this.

Once you are in the bank account, you should be able to click the amount, for example:

Then, on the next page, you can click Delete like so:

I have tried this but it only comes up as a statement so I cannot delete/edit the transactions in order to archive the account?
Hi Mishael,
The archive function will only hide the bank account from the list of bank accounts; this is common for businesses that has closed a bank account but still need to keep its records.
To remove transactions from appearing on the reports, you will need to delete/ void the transaction in the bank account. To do so, you will need to unarchive the account then head to Dashboard > Bank accounts > Click on the bank balance > Click on the amount you wish to delete > Click Delete.

Hi we need to fix this, the archive bank accounts still add up to reporting totals
