Hello, hoping someone can help please.
I can't seem to activate drc for vat. Ive looked at all the settings and it's just not there. Preview and better invoicing as some have suggested shows nothing.
I have tried manual vat on invoice and putting zero, but it still builds a vat amount in the dashboard.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Apologies for the delay. Our Technical team have now resolved the issue. You should be able to head to Dashboard > Create Invoice and select DRC in the VAT treatment dropdown.

This is now applying the DRC, however it's building a VAT owed amount on the dashboard. But not on the VAT return. Is this correct? It also doesn't seem to correlate to any amount.

Hi Steve.
The VAT return correctly excludes DRC VAT amounts on sales invoices. It sounds like your dashboard widget display amount may not be quite right however. Can you use the "Send us a message" link from the Clear Books help panel please? It is accessed via the "?" icon on the navigation bar. We can then identify your user account and our technical team will check the dashboard amount first thing on Monday.
