Dashboard headings and editing email templates

I have been using ClearBooks for about a week and enjoying it very much. I am on the sole trader account. When I try to follow advice from ClearBooks support pages I realise a lot of dashboard navigation headings shown are not on my dashboard. My current wish is to edit my invoice email template, customise it and save it. I can't find a way in to do this. Are some options only available to bigger subscriptions? One of the things I really like about ClearBooks is the simplicity. Thanks!

We're very glad to hear you are enjoying the simplicity of Clear Books!

The reason you are seeing a discrepancy between the support guides and your own dashboard is that you are likely viewing the support articles written for the Clear Books Full Accounting product. To view the support guides for the Basic plan, please see here.

Unfortunately, the customisation of email templates is not supported on the basic plan. This feature is currently exclusive to our Full Accounting product. However, you can still edit the text of the email manually each time you send an invoice to a customer.

Thanks Tommy. I had a feeling this would be the answer to my question. No problem, thanks for the link. I appreciate the response and I am still enjoying the simplicity!
