Hi Ian,

I have taken a look, in this case, you must head to Dashboard > Income > Click on the All tab. Then, you must click into the relevant REC number, then click Void. You will want to void the manually created ones that are duplicates which seem to be REC000005 - REC000008.

Going forward, if you use the bank explain method, you do not need to manually create the income and expenses as this will create duplicates.

Hi Tommy Thank you for your reply however when i follow what you say it does not delete the income and just gives me this message? No income records match the current filters.

Hi Ian,

When you head to the Income page, you must click on the All tab on the right hand side.

Hi Tommy Once i have followed your instructions and once i tick the relevant invoice i want to delete and then press void it does not delete the invoice instead takes me to a screen with this as a reference? VREC000002 and i can see no alteration to my figures

Hi Ian

I think you are selecting the Void view option on your income list. This is just a filter to show which records you have voided previously.

In order to void a specific income record, click on the "REC0000.." link in this list. This will show the details about that record and will also show a red Void button at the top. Use that button to remove that income record, leaving just the income records that you created from your bank feed.

Many thanks Pete i was going into the income graph rather than the report graph previously but now you told me to look for a red void button problem solved.
