When I create invoices that are held on their system, does that endanger my client confidentiality? I am a clinical Psychologist and I need to keep all patient identity Private. Many thanks

Hi Manuela,

In this case, it is entirely up to your discretion how much personal information you choose to include for each contact. For example, you might choose to use only their initials or another non-identifying reference.
