Multiple Properties - Allocations

The issue that I am currently facing, is how to check and allocate transactions to individual properties. When I import a statement, the system does not seem to have a Property field I can allocate, and I have some suppliers that work on various properties so the auto-allocation does not correctly find the property the work was done on. I would really like to know how to go through the list of transactions checking the allocations to individual properties, and as a check see a list of all unallocated (to a property) transactions.
