photo of receipt says upaid how to change to paid sole trader

i take a photo of a receipt and it says unpaid how do i change it to paid? im a sole trader cis scheme and dont need a business bank account and have no interest in sharing my personal account with you. when i have looked it up it says go to purchases and thats not even a option on my laptop screen???

Hi Richard,

In order to mark a bill as paid, you must create a bank account by heading to Dashboard > Bank accounts > Add account. You do not have to link your bank to share any personal information.

Once added, you can then head to Dashboard > Purchases > Click on the bill ID > Scroll down and fill in the Record Payment form.
