Explaining payments to credit card.

How do I explain my credit card payment from my current account? I have both feeds on my sole trader account - so I can itemise business costs that I pay with my credit card. Is there a way to link the payment from one account into the other?

Hi Diana,

Yes, for repayments to the credit card, you should explain these as a transfer from the business account to the credit card account.

Please note: these transactions will show on both statements, you should explain one and mark the transaction on the corresponding statement using the Reconcile option.
