Exporting and Importing data

Hi,

Is it possible to export my (manually inputted) income and expenditure for the first quarter and then my partner import it into his account? We are equal partners and have pretty much the same figures, with some minor adjustments.

Or will he have to manually input all of the data that I've already inputted?
