Exporting sales / income into Excel spreadsheet ?

Is it possible to export my (manually inputted) income onto a spreadsheet to store on my PC ? I have completed this export for my expenses but I cannot find a way to complete this for my sales income. Any ideas? I have tried 'export' but cant seem to find anything there. Any help gratefully appreciated!
