After entering a years data in the free property clerbooks account & then purchased a subscription but nothing changed on the site im using & I can't access any of the data I put in. I can see it in the audit & ive spend hours with chat GPT thing to access it but nothing ?

I have taken a look and can see you are on the Property paid plan which gives you access to the following features:
The Property paid plan is apart of our MTD basic range which has simplified navigation, you can access these features by clicking the headers on your Dashboard. For example, if you click on the Income header, this will take you to your list of income transactions inputted.

Looking at the audit log, you have only created contacts and reporting periods. The periods are not transactions, you can locate this under Settings > Periods.

If you go to Audit Log you can see all my entries but I can't access them, I don't remember ever seeing an error message when entering data

I have taken a look and can see you have only created contacts, no transactions have been inputted in the account.
When saving your income and expenses, can you confirm if you are receiving any error messages when attempting to save the inputs?

If I click Income on the dashboard, all it says is Create Your First Invoice there are no previous entries, if I click onto expenses it says No expenses match the current filters. I can see a list of customers in contacts but no more info, all other data is empty.
