Pay pal payments for invoices that have paypal fees deducted from invoice amount. how to reconcile

I receive Pay pal payments for some invoices. Pay pal fees are deducted from each invoice amount and i can only transfer this amount to my bank account. How do i reconcile bulk payments like this against my invoices? Any help would be great Many thanks Karen
