I left clearbooks a while back and exported all of my data. I'm now returning and need to import that data again. I have a .cbo file which was exported when I left. There is no visible mechanism to import this back into the account. Any help please?

If you head to 'Tools > Backup' you should be able to restore your file.
Hi, thanks for your thoughts. It sounds and looks like the correct process but it isn't working for me.

I am navigating to the page you note, selecting my .cbo file from my computer and hitting the upload request button. The upload is quick and completes successfully. I get a message telling me the restore will be actioned at the start of the next hour and that any changes I make before then will probably be lost.
At the start of the next hour I get an email telling me my backup (?) request is complete and this includes an attached export.
I guess the system is broken?

That is quite strange, could you send the .cbo file as an attachment to contact support and I'll check this out for you.

I'm having the same issue. It says everything is successful on upload of the .cbo, but no restoration happens.

Hi Michael, I am having the same issue here. I receive a new backup instead of the backup being uploaded to clearbooks. Why is there no cbo. import option under import by the way? please advice. best rik
Hi, Is there no back up file awaiting use in Tools > Export > Back Up? Could you send the .cbo file you have received to contact support and also let us know when you would like the back up to be dated to and if necessary we will create this at our end for you.
