How do I issue part payment invoices and keep tabs on the balances?

I have quotes accepted on projects but need to invoice at different stages. How can I issue part payment invoices and keep tabs on the balance easily?

Hi James,

There is no option to invoice a percentage of a quote just yet - however this has been suggested before and will be reviewed by the technical team in future. Please add your vote to the link below:

To invoice part of a quote just convert the quote to an invoice and edit the amount. You can then repeat this as and when you need to invoice other parts of the quote.
