Stock codes - Can I report on the profits of selected (Or all) stock lines

I wish to show a client which items/types of stock he/she is making money on. The stock categories in this instance are vehicle marques. All vehicles are second hand and so each item of stock will have varying costs and sales values but I would like to show average profits etc if possible.

Hi Mark,

There is currently no report for the stock feature that will show this, however the projects feature would be able to do this job. You would need to create projects on the Tools>Project menu and assign these to the stock items on invoices - you will need to toggle on project invoice items on the Settings>Organisation>Toggle features menu.

A P&L report will be created for each individual project on the Tools>Projects menu.
