I want to start a new year

I have not used Clearbooks for about 6 month. I want to keep my suppliers details and customer, but clear down for a new year.
Any ideas the best way

Hi Stuart,
The best thing to do in this situation would be to lock your current accounting period and start a new one. This will prevent any of your old transactions from being modified and, at the same time, separate out all your new transactions. to do this please go to Settings > Periods > Reporting Periods. This ios the neatest way of grouping on Clear Books.
