I have a client who rents equipment to customers and needs to invoice them for a no. of products for a period of weeks therefore needs to create an item that not only multiplies the quantity by the price but also by the no. of weeks
Is there any way this can be created in Clearbooks
Hi Garry,
You could either try doing this as recurring invoices, which will charge regular amounts per week/month, and for which you can have a number of individual items. However, these will have to be done per customer as the fact that you add an item for a different customer will not be reflected. Or, you could try doing this in projects. In this case you can set a prescribed length of time to it and set the other specifics also.
