Need to post petty cash or one off purchases without creating supplier everytime, please help?

Please could you tell me how I can post one off or petty cash purchases without creating a supplier everytime.

I do not want to clog the system with suppliers we will never use again.

Hello Jenna,

You can create a Sundry Expenses supplier for these kinds of one off payments. When creating the bills or invoices, you can put the specific information as a note instead of adding new suppliers/customers every time.

Add a new supplier named Sundry expenses then allocate it to that.
