can you apply old unpaid invoices to the go cardless direct debit system I can apply new invoices but can't see how to collect all outstanding invoices going forward
Hello Edgar,
You can do this. If you have set up your GoCardless, you will be able to get the payments done for any unpaid invoices. There should be a customer statement when you email your client. On there there should be a method for them to pay via direct debit.
If not, you will need to go to each invoice which has not been paid and then click on the "send one off request", this method may be longer than usual but it does not effect the pre-authorisation limit in place for the account.
