When submitting Invoices with several line items it is common practice to show Item numbers. This makes it simpler for a customer to refer to an item number. Also it makes it simpler to read the invoice. Does Clearbooks intend to add this feature for customers?

If these are stock items which you have added to the system, you will be able to do this.
Please navigate to Tools > Stock > All. There will be an option under the individual stock item at the bottom to show the Ãtem Name and SKU". This will show the stock code of the item on the invoices.
Please can you try this on Clear Books Demo account before you make the changes on your own account. Look on the Demo account and see if those are working when you generate the PDF invoices.
