Is there a way of entering Paypal transactions other than importing the statement and then explaining them?

Is there a recommended way of entering Paypal transactions other than importing a statement and then explaining each transaction? I have around 120 transactions a day so this is very time consuming. Can the daily figures be entered daily using a journal entry?

Hi Louise,

Have you tried using the mass update feature? This allows you to bulk explain transactions on an imported statement. The following guide will show you the steps to doing this:

However, before running a mass update I would recommend creating a restore point in case a mishap occurs.
