FPS Submission Keeps Failing

Hi,
I'm trying to submit my SPS, but it keeps failing. 3x so far.

Hello Bass,
You will need to do an initial RTI alignment before you can do the FPS submissions. Please go to Organisation > RTI > Initial RTI alignment.
Once you have done this, you will be able to make the submissions for your FPS.

I have an issue. I have sent an EPS 5 times but get the error
This EPS submission was submitted on 2014-05-20 19:42:35 with Correlation ID E90D9C782B004E6CB42F200062D9E869.
The submission failed with the following errors:
This submission cannot be accepted as this employer scheme has been cancelled
This is an exsisting Clearbooks client that I am trying to include on Open Payroll. Has the "employer scheme been cancelled" with HMRC or Clearbooks. I am awaiting an Authorisation code from HMRC - Is this the reason?
Hello Mark,
You will need to go to HMRC and receive new employer information, the information you have now maybe outdated hence why you are receiving this error. The information which maybe required is Accounts Office Reference and PAYE Reference.
