Downgrade Account

I've just noticed the price increase on your product and being a very basic user it seems to be a little bit too expensive for what benefits I get out of it or need from it.

I notice you still do a basic £7 invoicing product which would probably do everything I need, how do I swap my account to this?

Hello Stuart,

You will not be able to downgrade your account. If you need to choose the other account, you will need to create a new account.

The new account will be the invoicing plan which allows you to create invoices, email them, create quotes and then view reports on the sales. There is no banking function available so you will not be able to track your bank or use it for VAT.

I would also like to downgrade my account because of the price rise and that I don't use anymore than the invoicing. I have be told that there is no way of importing the the data that I have in my clearbooks account at the moment. So that would mean having to start again ! This does not seem very customer friendly and will probably mean time to move to another company, shame as have been using clear books for a number of years.
