we have created an extra employee by accident during setup, how can we remove the reference to the employee?

Hello Garry,

You should be able to edit the contact you made by accident and there will be a delete option when in the accounting module.

You can archive them if you have used that entity for anything. This will be in the same way which is to edit the contact and you will need to just archive the entity.

I have logged into your account and it seems to me that you have removed them successfully already.
