Helpful if a CB user could mark a question or problem as 'solved'

It would make it clear to CB that they need not follow that thread any further. It would help CB users to know whether or not to read a thread if they had same issue.

The fix has now gone live.

Hello Vanish - no I didnt mean you do all the work!

I am suggesting that a poster could mark their own posted answered when it it solved.

it works!

Thanks for getting this done Roey

Thanks Roey.

Alternative is to give me Mod rights and I will soon tidy and sort the whole Forum!

best wishes

Just a quick update Graeme. A fix has been already written last week, but it failed the automated part of our QA process for odd reasons. So at the moment it is machine versus men - our devs are trying to work out what is wrong, with the automated process also being looked at, which takes more time.

Yes, that's a bug. Have forwarded it to the relevant developer.

Thanks for pointing it out.

Just discovered I can do it here!

That's interesting...

On this very thread, can you not see 'Best answer' button?

I can:

Hello Roey,

Is it a bug?

Thanks

Graeme

I can't really test it at the moment, as I have moderator rights to the forum. But if indeed you can't mark your own problem as 'solved' or mark an answer to your question as 'best answer' (you mark the best answer, which in turn marks the question as answered), then it's a bug and we'll fix it promptly.

Hello Graeme,

Sure. We will work on going through the posts and marking them as complete or solved.
