Modifying emails

How can i modify the email layout. Present layout not very clear, customers not realising they need to click on PO number to see details. Would like to personalise more and add other information.

Hi Martin,

You can amend the layout of the Purchase Orders e-mails as well as other e-mail templates. Head to Sales > Emails > Templates. From the blue headings at the top you can click PO so that you can make the desired changes.
