Hello,

Can you get ClearBooks to automatically email clients with statements regards late invoices?

Sales > Emails > Settings - select whichever option you want to use.

Sales > Emails > Templates - select the appropriate email template and play around with the wording (optional)

Hi James,

Yes it is as Kevin rightly said. The Auto reminder can be used in this situation and to notify customers of overdue invoices. Thanks for the continued assistance Kevin, much appreciated!
