Hello,

I would like to download every invoice we have created in PDF format so we have a hard copy backup

Please can you tell me how i can do this

Hi David,

I responded to your e-mail that enquired about this but I will post it here for the benefit of other users.

Head to Sales > Invoices > All. On the right (next to the Invoice # column) click on the check box which will select all the invoices on that page. A PDF button will appear above, next to Create invoice. If you select this it will bring up a PDF page of all invoices selected on that page. You can then print a copy of these invoices.

If you have a high number of invoices you can select Results per page to be 100. This is located at the bottom right hand side of the page.
