Hi How do I explain charitable donations and where would the code sit within my accounts.

Hi Jabbir - whether they are donations you are receiving or paying out, you will need to generate a new code to cope with them under Settings>codes>create.

Depending on your business (or charity) you may want to assign them to different account types but most would use "other income" for income and "other expenses" for payments.
