Hotmail

Hi, one of my customers has a "hotmail.com" email address but he cant receive my invoices. I have tested this by using another hotmail account and attaching PDF copies to an email from my GMX account but no joy. Has anyone come encountered this problem and have a solution?

Hi, the email was put into junk mail and the customer was using his Ipad to view emails pulled from a sever clear books emails are not pulled forward unless the contact is in the address book. Thanks for your help Berhan.
