Access to details upon subscription expiry?

Will we be able to access all transactions if and when we suspend our Clearbooks subscription? I am concerned that we won't have access to important information for reference purposes if closed and a customer raises a query about a specific transaction which we would be unable to locate/view etc.

Very important to be able to access details when needed. It wasn't a problem with desktop versions because we were always able to access the old info whenever needed but as the backup is inaccessible I'm concerned about how we go about accessing old transactions etc? (Without an active subscription that is)

Hi Craig, You can always export all your data from Clear Books before you suspend your subscription. You can export/download a number of items in .CSV Database/Spreadsheet format onto your desktop computer. You can do this in Tools > Export and then select the different data types you want.
